Fiido C21 eBike
The Fiido C21 eBike is touted as a gravel or city eBike that was created after the company was flooded with requests for a 700c eBike. Riders wanted gravel-ready performance without being too heavy in weight or price. In response, Fiido created the C21 and made it lightweight, affordable, and built for urban exploration.
With an Aluminum Alloy frame, the C21 weighs 38.5 pounds. It’s equipped with a 250-watt rear-hub motor and a 208.8Wh battery. Its top speed is 15.5 MPH and it has a range of up to 62 miles. While the C21 doesn’t have a throttle-only option, it does have five pedal assist modes.
The color HD display is mounted on the handlebar stem and shows relevant ride data. The control buttons are situated directly under the display.
A 9-speed drivetrain is used for gear switches and Tektro Hydraulic Disc Brakes provide the stopping power. Either Kenda or CST 700C puncture-proof knobby tires provide traction on gravel or city roads. Front and rear fenders are standard and help keep water and road grime off the rider.
The Fiido C21 eBike is available in one color (grey) and three sizes to suit riders between 5’3″ and 6’9″ and retails for $999 at fiido.com. A suite of accessories such as a rear rack, panniers and additional batteries are available as well.
Like other Fiido bikes, the C21 can also be paired to a Fiido smart watch that features ride and fitness tracking and also serves as the “key” to the bike. The bike will turn on when the watch is close and turn off when the watch moves further away.
